How to use Zoom image in your meetings

Today we will see a tutorial to use Zoom image in your meetings.

It’s common nowadays that many users don’t know how to place a Zoom image as avatar for their virtual meetings, so I will leave you a quick way to solve this problem.

We Sign In from your Zoom desktop app.

And we login in our Zoom account.

If you don’t have a Zoom account, you will have to create one using the Sign Up Free option.

We see in the upper left part the Zoom image that is going to be shown (If you want to know how to change that image, click here).

We go to the Home tab and them we click in Join.

Now we enter the ID of the meeting and the name we want to show in the meeting, keep the Turn off my video check on and we click on Join.

Open the menu by clicking on your profile picture and choose the option My Profile.

Login Zoom if required.

Go to Profile and click on Change.

And then on Upload.

Upload the new image, crop and go.

In case you want to create the meeting

Go to New Meeting, click on the profile image you currently have, the one in the green box.

And click on Stop Video to display your image.

Note: Don’t click on “Join a Meeting” because it going to show your name only in the meeting.
