However, it’s possible that I may keep certain information of the visitor or customer in order to serve as evidence against a possible claim against me for responsibilities derived from the processing of said information. The duration of said conservation may not exceed the legal limitation period of said responsibilities.

Our website domain uses SSL certification (https) to encrypt the data sent from the contact forms; Although the data transferred through communication networks and the Internet isn’t totally secure. In that sense, I cannot guarantee the security of the data sent. So, all the information provided by visitors and customers will be sent at their own risk.
